Support has been linked in many studies as being the intregal part of successful long term weight loss. Many diets will offer support, but does it come as a newsletter, or a website to go to? Choose one that offers one on one personal support from someone who has lived through the weight loss so you can discuss personal issues you are experiencing. This kind of support will be what encourages you during the low times.
- How can I tell that it is Healthy for me?
Key things to look for in their information… Is it Physcian led? Is it fortified with all your Vitamins and Minerals? How long has this diet been around? Does it limit how long you can be on it? Is it something you can sustain for a lifetime?
